But, the Governor’s rule is delaying over the implementation of it, they alleged. Yeddyurappa ‘s projects are in favour of poor people. Taluk BJP Unit activists staged dharna against Governor’s anti-people policy in front of taluk office here on Monday.
The protesters alleged that the policy of Governor’s rule is against people. Development works are not taking place in the state. Corruption is evident in the state. Moreover, common man can’t able to approach officials, they added.
The budget presented by Yeddyurappa in the previous government was a boon to common man. The problems regarding the distribution of BPL cards are not yet over. The Governor should see to it that the numerous welfare programmes initiated by the former coalition government are implemented immediately, said former legislator B P Venkatamuniyappa, leading a protest rally on Monday at the Bangarpet bus stand.

Also, the discrepancies in the ration cards distribution needs to be corrected and the farmers need to be given loans from the PSD bank.
