To bring about people’s programmes and address social issues in the district, Karnataka Dalit Advocates Forum for people has been launched.

The forum constituted under the leadership of Prof K B Siddaiah, has appointed the office-bearers to strengthen the forum throughout the district, said a forum release.

Forum president Yogeesh Hagalvadi, vice president G C Narasimhamurthy, general secretary S Ambarish, treasurer  S Govindaraju, members Obalesh, Ramanjinappa, Srinivas, Venkatesh, C Ranganath, Umesh, Balakrishna, Mahentesh, Mylarappa and P N Dinesh were elected unianimously, said the release.
