'Bhadra project to provide water to tanks twice year in Kolar region'

“Desilting of  70 tanks in the taluk has been taken up”, said Former MLA K Srinivas Gowda. He was speaking after inaugurating the works undertaken at Seepura village under Suvarna Gram Yojana at a cost of Rs 13.60 lakhs. 
“The Bhadra Upper irrigation project has already been taken up. The project will be completed in the taluk at a cost Rs 13.1 crores”, he added. “When completed the irrigation project would provide water to the tanks in the region twice a year”, expressed Gowda who said that some people are misleading common people by spreading false information that no works are being undertaken.

Criticising the people who are spreading such information  Srinivas  Gowda  said that people should despise those people who offer money and in turn should ask them show their ability by implementing development works.

“I will not give or take any money for the purpose of winning election”, expressed Gowda who warned some the leader who joined Varthur Prakash that they would lose their property if they contested the elections.
“The works carried on under Suvarna Gram Yojana should be of good quality”, opined taluk panchayat president C R Yuvaraj who spoke on the occasion.

 Zilla Panchayat member Mangalamma Muniswamy, former ZP member S B Munivenkatappa and other spoke on the occasion.

Former HOPCOMS member Arahalli Gopalakrishna, Seepura taluk panchayat member Nagaraj, former CMC commissioner Chikkahanumappa, former CMC member Chennaveeraiah, Rajanna, Arahalli GP president Manjula Rajanna, vice president Munishami Reddy, TP CEO Ramakrishnappa  and others were present.
