Citizen woes fall on deaf ears

Water scarcity
I am staying in 5th Main, 2nd Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar. Since April 2007 our neighbourhood has been facing water scarcity. In June, I submitted a joint complaint to BWSSB, Maruti Nagar. In August, a joint complaint was given to BWSSB, Maruti Nagar and Kasthuri Nagar but there has been no response. I made several telephone calls to these offices, but no action has been taken. My neighbours and I are currently buying water at a high price. Will the concerned authorities take  action?

Railway Station woes
KR Puram Railway Station is now crowded passengers. Recently more trains have been stopping at this station. But unfortunately there is no traffic assistance available. For less than two kms during the day, autos are charging Rs 40 - 60 and after sunset it goes to Rs 100-120. Even near the bridge, there is a huge traffic problem and most of the time, there isn’t a traffic policeman around.
