New mobile store
Vodafone Essar, has opened its 20th Vodafone store in Bangalore which aims at delivering a complete Vodafone experience to customers. The new store is located on the first floor of Esteem Mall in Hebbal. This store will offer customers various value added services along with services like giving new connections and selling Vodafone handsets.
The store will also offer a dedicated area for customer queries and bill payments. There is a 24 hour and 7 days a week self-service kiosk where customers can pay bills at their convenience.
The major services which customers can avail at the store include purchase of new prepaid and postpaid connections, purchase of new handsets, SIM replacements etc. The store also offers demonstration of new technologies on Vodafone mobile phones, activation of value added services and demonstration of handsets.
Ladies’ day out
TOTAL hypermarket and mall, a retail venture of the Jubilant Group, has been holding a unique initiative called ‘Ladies Day Out’. Every Tuesday and Thursday of the week, women are ferried to and from TOTAL outlets at Madiwala and Mysore Road, for free.
The ‘Ladies Day Out’ initiative provides women with an opportunity to meet and interact with experts on child psychology, women’s health, beauty, cookery, waste management etc.
Also, they enjoy the experience of shopping for products such as fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, meat and poultry, staples and groceries, bakery products at wholesale prices.
The ‘Ladies Day Out’ special buses ply on 6 different routes to bring ladies to TOTAL, 3 each for the outlets in Madiwala and Mysore Road respectively. Pick-ups are scheduled at 10:30 am and subsequently at 12:30 pm and the drop-backs are scheduled at 1:30 pm and subsequently at 3:30 pm. Pick-ups will commence from Koramangala-Ejipura junction, HSR Layout and Jayanagar, to reach TOTAL - Madiwala and from Vijayanagar, Rajarajeshwari Nagar and Girinagar, to reach TOTAL - Mysore Road.
The drive back will take everyone to their commencement points. The bus stops on each of the routes can be identified with a TOTAL ‘Ladies Day Out’ banner.
