Samba is a colourful feisty dance from Brazil, that conjures up images of carnival, pulsating drum beats and dancers dressed in vibrant greens, dazzling pinks and catchy yellows. It is a fresh fun-filled fragrance with a citrusy floral note. It captures the spirit of the Samba and the deodorant is all about celebrating every moment in life, non-stop! This is the fifth variant after Exotic, Enchante, Hiphop and Salsa. The fragrance is priced at Rs 80 for 75 ml.

Havells India ltd has launched Green CFL, which is said to be more environment friendly than normal CFLs, has a quicker lumen stabilisation time, brighter light and no black spots. With Green CFL, Havells has modified all CFL production lines and adopted PDT (Pill Dosing Technology). With this, the company uses mercury pills that are less harmful to the environment as compared to the conventional use of liquid mercury. Price is not mentioned.

Spice Mobiles has launched the new Spice S-570, a stylish FM folder phone with loudspeakers. The Pre-Set call disconnect helps put a check on lengthy bills by disconnecting calls at a pre-fixed time duration. The 800 entries phonebook memory and 200 SMS memory are other features. It also has a 65k colour display. It is priced at Rs 2,999.

Baidyanath has introduced Kesarikalp that promises nutrition and therapeutic action. It has gooseberry and 34 mg of Vitamin C. It is said to be very effective in strengthening the immune system, relieve stress and reduce cholesterol.Kesarikalp also promises to prevent hairfall as it provides iron and calcium. It is said to prevent the deposition of LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) in the heart. Amalki and Vibhitaki present in Kesarikalp is said to strengthen the musculature of the heart.  Price is not mentioned.
