Morning raagas
Rajguru Smruti along with Chitrakala Parishat is organising a Hindustani classical music concert at 7 am on January 26 at the open grounds of the Chitrakala Parishat campus, Kumara Krupa Road. Admission is free and open to all those interested in music. Pt Ajay Pohankar will be rendering Hindustani vocal recital. He will be accompanied by Pt Ravindra Yavagal on the tabla and Vyasamurthi Katti on the harmonium.

Celebrating its fourth anniversary, Amrithavarshini-FM 100.1 - MHz-India’s first ever classical music channel is all set to shower musical bliss.
In addition to the existing evening transmission from 6 pm to 11 pm, Amrithavarshini will commence its morning transmission from January 26. The programmes will be broadcast from 6 am to 9.30 am.
Bharatanatyam Rangapravesham
The Bharathanatyam Rangapravesham of Prathibha Sathyavannan, a disciple of Bharatha Sikaram Guru Padmini Ramachandran will be held at 6 pm on January 26 at Yavanika, Nrupathanga Road.
