To mark the 60th anniversary of Gandhiji’s martyrdom, Pratham Books has launched a special children’s book titled, `A Man called Bapu'. The book will be released by Governor Rameshwar Thakur, at the Raj Bhavan on January 31.
The book is a warm, insightful account of some of the important events that took place in Gandhiji’s life and provides an unusual perspective on his values and character. The book also narrates many little known incidents involving Gandhiji which will instantly endear him to the readers.
The book has been authored by Subhadra Sen Gupta and illustrated by Neeta Gangopadhya.
