I have a voters ID card No DFK6602296 dated 02.07.05, address is - No.C-4 IWST Quarters, 18th Cross Malleswaram Bangalore 03. The Polling Booth used to be in a Govt school in IISc campus.
This belongs to #76 Malleswaram Assembly constituency. While going through the list on the net, I could not find the polling booth of the IISc campus and could not find this area- IWST Quarters - in any of the listed Booths.
There are more than 80 houses in this campus. I am afraid that the entire area is not covered. It was covered under the previous rolls.

Names of all our family members are appearing in the voters list when I checked up in the web but with lot of errors in spellings though we had written in capital letters clearly & legibly while submitting the form. I request you to have them corrected:
Assembly constituency –JAYANAGAR 083, Part no 153; Sl no in part -568, name - Sanath Kumar; age: 39, my father’s name has been wrongly spelt. It should have been Rajagopal Puthuraya.
Also my Voter ID no in photo card is FSY4500781 where as the list is showing it as KT/13/077/864179. I don’t know how this new number was allotted to me when all my family members ID Numbers remain the same.
Can this different Number create problem for me while voting? Part no 153; Sl no in part -567 , name- Kanthimathi K R. Here too my father’s name has been wrongly spelt. It should have been Rajagopal Puthuraya, age 64. Part no 153; Sl no in part -566 name- Name itself is wrong. It should have been Rajagopal Puthuraya and age is 70. Part no 153; Sl no in part -569, my wife’s name is wrongly spelt.
It should have been Reshma V Bhat And age is 35. So can the authorities cross verify & correct the address as given below if there are any discrepancies. Also let me know when we can expect our new photo ID with new address
