Home Secy rapped again
DH News Service, Bangalore:
The High Court on Tuesday expressed its dissatisfaction over the affidavit filed by the state government regarding bundhs and rallies in Bangalore City and their effect on the public.

After several directives to file a revised affidavit, the Court found no difference in the document that was filed by the Home Secretary on Monday. The court had expressed its displeasure about a junior level officer filing the affidavit.

The division Bench headed by Justice S R Bannurmath reprimanded the Home Secretary and directed him to file the affidavit in proper form by Thursday.

Who will rap the corrupt and biased judges?I request the Deccan herald to publish the Judges bill 2006,so that the public is aware of their rights to question the judges. Some of the judgements are biased and tricky and confusing. But who will rap these corrupt and incompetent judges?
