The notice, issued by advocate Ashok Harnahalli on behalf of Shambhavi, has said that the false report published about Krishna’s alleged affair with a movie star said to be revealed in a book by a Congressman, had caused a serious dent to Krishna and his family’s image in the public eye.  The report was carried along with a fabricated and manipulated photograph or image, giving a false impression that they had intimate relationship.

This was deliberately done at a time when there is likelihood of Krishna’s returning to State politics, with an intention to lower his reputation, the notice said.
