BBMP has constituted epidemic task force at the zonal level to avoid spread of epidemic diseases. The task force at the zonal level will be headed by joint commissioner of each zone. Health officer of the zone, Palike chief engineer and BWSSB chief engineer will be members of the committee.
The Palike has also constituted joint monitoring teams in association with BWSSB officers.
These panels will inspect measures taken to avoid spread of the disease.
