I, V Durgai Dass (ID No BCW0443580) and my daughter D Karthika Shri (ID No BCW0443630) are living in the same address No 185 (214), Kuvempu Nagar, I Stage, Jalahalli East, Bangalore-14, under 88 Yelahanka Assembly for the past 10 years.

Our names are missing from the list (A 0880116) published on the net. As per the list my neighbours names are listed -  House Nos E192 and E194.

My house should have been included as E193 but it is missing.

I kindly request you to register our name. The names of many who are living in the same street is also missing from the voters’ list.

I, R Krishnamurthy, 70, shifted my residence from Saraswathipuram to Lakshmipuram in Mysore. I went to the corporation office to change my address and change the ID.

Nobody guided me properly and they asked me to go to several ward offices as they do not know to which ward I belong to.They said the census enumerators would be are visiting the place. So far none has visited us.

I am P Nalini residing at #22, "Vismaya", Ramarao Layout, I cross, Banashankari III Stage, III Block, Ward No-54.
When the survey officer came to my house with the voters’ list, only my daughter-in-law Veena Nagaraj's name was found in the list (Sl.No. 168, booth no 546). The following names P Nalini (age 63 years, self, DOB 30-06-1944), B S Parthasarathy (age 70 years, husband, DOB 02-02-1938), Vinay Parthasarathy (age 43 years, son, 10-04-1965) were missing in the list and some other names were found against my house #22.

I am the owner of the house and have been paying the house tax regularly to the corporation. I am very surprised to find some other names and not names of the members residing at this address.

So, kindly have the other names deleted and include the three names of P Nalini (self), B S Parthasarathy (husband), Vinay Parthasarathy (son) so that we could caste our vote in the upcoming election.Please note that we have also filled the form no VI with all the three names and we have the acknowledgement no P S 46.
