Contrary to the party’s stand, former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy on Wednesday said he does not see any point in moving court against the new reservation roster announced by the Government for ULBs.
Challenge the new reservation in court would only delay the formation of ULB councils, he told reporters in Bangalore.
However, his brother and former minister H D Revanna had threatened to move court on the issue.
Earlier, at a party function, working president C Narayanaswamy supported Revanna’s stand and said the party will approach the court soon.
