Dr S Gurumurthy, private secretary to the Governor, who retired from service on December 31, 2007 has been reappointed with effect from January 1, 2008.

A decision in this regard was taken at the meeting of the State Executive Committee headed by Governor Ramesh Thakur on Tuesday.
