Triveni FC edge past Sporting

Riding on Arun’s fourth-minute goal, Triveni Football Club edged past Mohammaden Sporting 1-0 in a ‘C’ division football league match at the Austin Town play ground in Bangalore on Thursday, reports DHNS.
In another match at the 515 Army Base Workshop ground, the home team earned a walk-over against Sporting Youth, who failed to turn up.

Archery selection trials on Jan 13

The Karnataka Amateur Archery Association will conduct trials to select the State team for the National championships to be held at Tata Nagar later this month.
