The new 30,000 square-foot centre will accommodate a growing team of R&D employees focusing on next-generation AMD graphics and computing solutions.

Dirk Meyer, President & Chief Operating Officer of AMD, was in Hyderabad to inaugurate the newly built centre, which is comprised of state-of-the-art office space offering a host of modern amenities to improve the overall work experience.
“India’s talented pool of engineering resources makes it one of the most important technology centres in the world. AMD’s inauguration of our fourth R&D facility in India and second in Hyderabad is recognition of the caliber of talent and design expertise,” said Meyer. The centre includes AMD’s centre of excellence for audio technology and has designed multimedia products for consumer electronics.
