Speaking at a press meet organised on Friday, he said MLC Capt Ganesh Karnik will inaugurate the exhibition, while Deputy Commissioner M Maheshwar Rao will preside over the inaugural function. Kailash Mansarovar, located at a height of 23,080 feet has attracted devotees since ancient times. Mentioned in the Vedas, Upanishads and Puranas, Kailash Mansarovar remains as sacred and thrilling as ever even in the 21st century. Through China, Tibet and India, the yatra of many miles is filled with unexpected challenges. The exhibition is arranged with the intention to provide information to those who wish to go to Mansarovar. The exhibition also intends to make future yatris aware of the unusual weather, picturesque spots, official services and international law, he added.
