Bengali sweets outlet

MiSHTi, the upmarket Bengali sweets and savouries shop opened their Indiranagar outlet recently.  MiSHTi commenced its operations in the 2004 and opened the Jayanagar branch in 2006. MiSHTi specializes in Bengali sweets and savouries which are prepared with the finest ingredients by expert cooks brought down from Kolkata. The Indiranagar shop is located at 3091 Double Road, Indiranagar(ESI Hospital).

Italian cuisine demo

Chef Vijay Bakshi of Casa del Sol restaurant demonstrated a variety of Italian salads, pastas and desserts using products of RR Oomerbhoy at a fine food festival organised at its Kanakapura branch on January 3. With the introduction of RRO International Fine Food Range in Metro shelves, Metro intends to facilitate the popularisation of international cuisine in the country through their primary customer category-hotels, restaurants and caterers (HoReCa). One kilogram food service packs have been made available exclusively at Metro outlets to cater specifically to the HoReCa market.
