The South Western Railways has clarified that it had invited applications from eligible candidates of all States, including Karnataka. The clarification comes in the wake of protests over the railway recruitment process.
A SWR release said  the press reports that candidates from a particular State were being brought in special bogies was not true.  It said candidates from all States were being treated equally, without any favouritism, it added.
