Modern Boys       win big
Deepak and Sandeep struck a brace each as Modern Boys routed Jolly Brothers 7-0 in the ‘C’ Division football league at the 515 Army Base Workshop ground on Sunday. Besides the double by Deepak (4th, 26th) and Sandeep (9th, 60th), Babu (11th), Madan (24th) and Nagaraj (68th) scored one goal apiece to complete the drubbing.
At Austin Town ground, City Club posted a 1-0 win over Vinayaka FC. Kaushik netted the vital goal for the winners.  In another match, Jawahar Union played out a 1-1 draw with Triveni. Gopi put Triveni ahead in the 41st minute while Rajesh (65th) levelled terms for Jawahar Union.
