Indiabulls Financial to raise $1 billion
Indiabulls Financial Services has approved a proposal to raise up to $ 1 billion through an issue of ADRs/GDRs and FCCBs convertible into equity shares, reports DHNS from Mumbai. According to company release, the board cleared the convertible bonds issue.
NEA invests $15 million in Deeya Energy
New Enterprise Associates (NEA) announced on Monday an investment in Deeya Energy Inc, a company focused on developing and manufacturing energy storage systems. The company will use the $15 million to support the construction of its factory in Gurgaon, India and its continued R&D activities. Deeya L-cells are significantly cheaper, having a 7 years lifetime after which it can be refurbished and recycled with minimal cost, claimed a statement.
Hikal to do contract manufacturing for Pfizer
The pharma company Hikal Ltd on Monday announced that it has completed a contract manufacturing agreement for supply of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API’s) with Pfizer Inc, a global leader in Pharmaceuticals.
