MUDA opens reception counters to provide info

In another step towards decentralisation of administration, MUDA Commissioner P Manivannan has opened its doors to general public by forming reception counters which was inaugurated on Saturday.

The kiosk at the reception counter will provide the necessary details to the public. MUDA has been divided into six different zones and charge of each division is given to the Assistant Executive Engineers who will serve as the Assistant Commissioners for their respective zones. Public can get information between 3 pm and 5 pm. 
The Assistant Commissioners have been given the responsibility of identifying lands, allocating sites and also to hand over the extensions to MUDA.
All the 380 employees have been given uniforms and have been strictly instructed to wear the uniforms while on duty.
Every month MUDA will be organising a public meet in three different locations of the City. Every third Tuesday a public meet will be held at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha at 4.30 pm, every third Thursday at Town Hall and every third Friday at CITB Convention Hall located at Siddhartha Layout.

Limits: Hanchya, Saatagalli, Aalanahalli, Vasanthanagar, Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagar, Shathaveri, Gopalgowda Nagar, Lalithadrinagar and Vidyanagar.
