Khan told to pay due
Bangalore, dhns:

 TheHigh Court on Tuesday directed the “World Resorts” owned by film director Sanjay Khan to pay Rs 8 crore of the total Rs 20.3 crore due to the government by February 7.A division bench comprising Justice V Gopal Gowda and L Narayanaswamy passed an order in this regard, stating that the remaining tax should be paid within four weeks from February 4.
The bench also directed him to file an affidavit stating that he would pay the tax.  
Lottery
The Court set January 9 as the deadline for paying 75 per cent of the total tax amount to be paid to the government for each lottery draw they held.
CJ Cyriac Joseph and Justice B S Patil warned that the interim stay  would be vacated if the owners failed to deposit the  amount.
