Alien Arena 2007
Those of you looking for a free game take a lot at Alien Arena 2007.  It has been described as  an independently-produced FPS, one in a series of standalone games based on a classic Sci-Fi theme with a modern, updated visual experience.  First released in October 2004, nearly every aspect of the game has been revamped and redone, 2007 even sees an almost total overhaul on code and content from the 2006 title - the improvements almost making it an entirely new game. There are 37 levels, five playmodes, built in bots, six mutators, eight weapons (with alt-fire modes), ten player characters and an almost endless supply of replayability.
