Yoga therapy course
Sagar Apollo Hospital is offering a yoga therapy certificate course for two months at the hospital premises.
The first batch begins July 15. Classes will be conducted every Sunday between 9 am and 4 pm. The course material includes learning different asanas to help relieve migraine, backache, arthritis, asthma, recurrent cold, obesity, besides cardiac, reproductive and digestive problems.
