Gonikoppal, DHNS: Lakshmanateertha river is again on spate due to heavy rains in and around Srimangala for the past two days. Most streams and rivers are overflowing. In several places, paddy fields are under water. The stream water has flown into coffee plantations in Srimangala, Kutta, Beeruga and Birunani.
