Power supply to be hit

Power supply will be disrupted on July 18 from 10 am to 5 pm in Ramaswamypalya, Munikallappa Garden, Kammanahally Main Road, Sathyamurthy Road, Latha Clinic Road, Munivenkatappa Road, Hanumanthappa Road, Gurumurthy Road, surrounding areas.

Movement art festival

The Kalari Academy of Performing Arts (KAPA), a unique Indo-French collaboration is bringing together artistes from Karnataka, Kerala and France on July 21 at the ADA Rangamandira to present Sammilan, a blend of classical, martial and contemporary movement of arts.

KAPA is also conducting a workshop on movement arts. Michel Lestrehan, a senior artiste from France, is conducting the workshop from July 22 to 26. Call 9945155995

BBMP suspends engineer

The BBMP has suspended V Ravindra, assistant engineer of Nagarabhavi sub-division, Rajarajeshwarinagar for dereliction of duty.  A BBMP release said though Ravindra was aware of an unauthorised construction over a secondary storm-water drain at survey no 35/5A, Mallatahalli, he did not  book offenders.
