HP India, on Wednesday, launched a range of lifestyle computing machines providing consumers with unprecedented technology, design, style, service, information and insight under its Oomph product range.

These include first-of-its-kind HP Touch Smart, India’s first 20-inch-screen entertainment notebook ‘The Dragon’, and latest mobile HP iPAQ 512. HP TouchSmart offers a touch screen interface with host of applications, including HP photoshop for editing and creating personalised albums for pictures. It comes with AMD Turion 64x2 mobile technology processor and in-built storage capacity of 320 GB and is priced close to Rs 1 lakh. 

The 20-inch-screen entertainment laptop - ‘The Dragon’ is a fusion of home theatre and computer, priced at Rs 1.11 lakh. One can watch TV programmes as it comes with a TV tuner. The PC has an Intel Core 2 processor and storage capacity of upto 500 GB and comes with high-end graphics and wired or wireless internet connections. Users can edit videos and also use it for gaming. The remote control can be used to view and record TV programmes.
