The South African ‘A’ team will tour India during the month of September to play two four-day matches and three one-dayers against their Indian counterparts, it was announced on Wednesday.
Chief Administrative Officer of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Prof. Ratnakar Shetty, in a release here, stated that the South African ‘A’ team would arrive in Delhi on September 10 and will depart on September 30.
The visitors would play against an India ‘A’ team two four-day games at Delhi from September 13 to 16 and at Dharmashala from September 19 to 22.
The one-day matches would be held on September 25, September 27 and September 29 at Rajkot, Ahmedabad and Baroda respectively, the release added.
The BCCI also announced that the NKP Salve Challenger one-day trophy tournament between India Seniors, India ‘A’ and India ‘B’ would be held in Ahmedabad from October 25 to October 28.
