Summer vacations just got more exciting for children in Bangalore as Pogo, the number two kids’ channel in India, brought the adorable toon, Mirmo and playful host and dost, Chinu to the city. Kids got an opportunity to interact with the naughty yet lovable toon star- Mirmo along with their faviourite Pogo host, Chinu at PVR, Forum Mall, on June 24. The popular show Mirmo is aired at 5 pm, Monday to Saturday on Pogo.
Chinu is the charming and smart host of Pogo. She has also co-hosted popular shows such as Pogo Amazing Kids Awards 2006. Bam! Bam! Bam! Gir Pade Hum! with Javed Jaffery;  It’s Alive, a live action comedy show with Pogo co-host Niall and has also co-hosted the show MAD (Music, Art and Dance) along with the popular host, Rob.
Mirmo is a prince of the Muglox world. He is a pint-sized love fairy specializing in love requests that enters the human world by way of a mysterious cocoa mug, and gets into all kinds of trouble with his Muglox companions. Though summoned to help Katie, cheerful eighth grade girl with a crush on her classmate Dylan, Mirmo indulges in mischief and feasts on chocolates. The month of July will showcase the new season of the extremely loved show Mirmo.
