Police to grill Kafeels relatives
Karwar, DH News Service:

The State Police Department has constituted a five-member team to collect details of relatives of terror suspects Kafeel and Sabeel Ahmed in Bhatkal and surrounding areas.

“The Department has received information that the relatives of Ahmeds are running shops in and around Bhatkal. The team will shortly question them,”  DGP A M Prasad said here on Monday.

He told Deccan Herald ,“They may not be involved in any of the terror activities. We will only question them.”

He said the department was surprised to learn that people of the State were involved in terrorist activities in London. The department has already gathered information on relatives of Ahmeds.  The five-member team will soon question them, he added.

He said plans to strengthen the State Intelligence department has been finalised and the department will be given advanced equipments.
