State  Chief Minister HD Kumaraswami is likely to inaugurate the new district on August 15, said Special Officer Subodh Yadav on Tuesday.
 The CM has been invited to inaugurate the new district and that Rs 32.97 have been released for purchase of vehicles, furniture, and payment of salary to the employees, he said in a press meet.
Nearly 68 district offices will be started and search is on for the lands. Some rented buildings will also be taken other than government buildings, he added.
Deputy Commissioner’s office and ZP offices will be started at Chadalupura government sowing building. Nearly Rs 21.16 crore have been reserved for the payment of employees from the month of August 2008 to March and Rs 11.75 have been reserved for the purchase of furniture, he said.
A meeting will be held to discuss about all these with the leaders and representatives, he said. Sub division officer Kulkarni and others were present.
