Madikeri soldier killed in Jammu
Madikeri, DHNS: An Indian Army soldier from Kodagu was killed by terrorists in Jammu & Kashmir.

K K Thimmaiah (32), who had served the Army for 13 years, was badly injured when the vehicle he was travelling in was fired upon by terrorists in Poonch district on July 17.

He was rushed to the Army hospital in Udhampur but succumbed to injuries on Thursday.

His body is expected to reach Madikeri by Thursday. He leaves behind his wife and daughter.
