The unheralded American downed the second-seeded Frenchwoman 5-7, 6-4, 6-3 in the second-round clash.
Osterloh booked a quarterfinal meeting with eighth-seeded Austrian Sybille Bammer, who ousted American Meilen Tu 6-4, 6-2.
Daniela Hantuchova defeated China’s Peng Shuai, while Katarena Srebotnik beat Russian Maria Kirilenko 6-0, 7-6 (7-5).
Sania and her Israeli partner Shahar Peer had to dig in deep to clinch a marathon 6-1, 0-6, 11-9 victory against Tatiana Poutchek of Belarus and Anastasia Rodionoa of Russia to earn a doubles quarterfinal berth.
Roddick wins
Andy Roddick advanced to the quarterfinals of the Indianapolis tennis championships, adds AFP from Indianapolis with a beating Russian Evgeny Korolev 6-3, 6-2. South Korean sixth seed Lee Hyung-taik also advanced, eliminating American Paul Goldstein 6-3, 6-3.
Youzhny beaten
Second-seeded Mikhail Youzhny and third-seeded Juan Carlos Ferrero both lost their second-round matches at the Austrian Open, reports AP from Kitzbuehel.
Youzhny was defeated by Austria’s Alexander Peya 7-5, 6-0, while Ferrero lost to Italy’s Andreas Seppi 7-6 (7-3), 4-6, 6-2.
