To expose the Gen X to various career opportunities at school level, Cathedral Composite PU college and High School have jointly organised a two-day workshop on 'Careers and Future' for its students.
The workshop was inaugurated by Dr Rajeev Gowda, Professor, Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore and Girish Gokaran, Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Bannerghatta Road, in the school premises on Friday. Students are exposed to different fields like fashion designing, advertisement, Event Management, Medicine, Information Technology, Charted Accountancy, Banking, Human Resource Management, law, Bio-technology, Entrepreneurship, Air Force and Aviation during the workshop. "We've invited industry experts to detail our students on 'changing nature of careers in life'," said Sunita Rajkumar, Vice-Principal of the school.
