Take action against CM: H Vishwanath
Raichur, DHNS:

Former Education Minister H Vishwanath has urged Governor T N Chaturvedi to take legal action against Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy for not submitting accounts to Lokayukta.
Speaking to reporters here on Thursday, Vishwanath alleged that the coalition government is an anti-people government. Feudalism is seen in the administration of the present government where the CM has overruled law by not submitting accounts to Lokayukta, he said. “What is the message is he sending to the people?” he said.
Out of 28 raids conducted by income tax department, 19 targeted the CM’s friends who were not born with silver spoons. “How did they amass wealth?”, he said blamed the family of former prime minister H D Deve Gowda’s family for not respecting law.
Recommendations of Lokayukta Santosh Hegde must be honoured and legal action taken against those who have not submitted their accounts, Mr Vishwanth said.
Violation
Commenting to the reorganisation of constituencies in the state, he said that clear violation of delimitation code can be seen.
For example, Mandya has already nine assembly segments, yet, one more is added to it, which is a sheer violation of delimitation of code, he said and suggested that the lapses can be questioned in court.
