A nine-day sale of Malaysian export garments at the Institution of Engineers, Queen’s Road, has been attracting a good crowd. This sale is one-stop shop for clothes for men, women and children. Shirts, trousers, t-shirts for men, tops, trousers and salwar suits for women and colourful clothes for kids, along with comfortable cotton nightwear, funky shorts, cotton pyjamas, etc are arranged in separate slots at the sale.
All the clothes are affordable and prices are fixed, since they are already discounted. Children’s clothes are priced anywhere between Rs 39 and Rs 49 to Rs 99. Jeans in various shades are priced at Rs 399. Formal trousers for men and women also cost Rs 399. Pyjamas, shorts, track pants, t-shirts and tops are priced between Rs 49 and Rs 299.
They have a variety of garments, cotton tops and t-shirts, elegant embroided tops, trendy jeans and beautiful laced clothes for kids. Though these garments don’t come with a brand tag, the quality is as good as it gets.
The sale is on till July 8 and is open from 10 am to 9 pm.
