There was a time when Rajesh Khanna used to hide his paunch under white kurtas and oodles of charm; and Sridevi jumped around in glee, despite being nicknamed (cruelly enough) thunder thighs! That was then. Today, Bollywood is all about bulging muscles, flat abs and super-toned bodies. Swet Shalini asks some of our fittest stars how they do it, despite irregular schedules and many temptations
Drink water and sleep well for a fit bod!  
I almost never think about stuff that could bog me down.. Also, I surround myself with happy people.. And lastly I drink lots of water throughout the day which keeps me hydrated
All that is fit for a star!  
Water is the secret of my health, Sanjay Dutt had said once. He had added that his diet comprised chicken, eggs and large helpings of steamed vegetables. And that he works out every day for an hour and a half.
