A newly-introduced Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) mini bus service startedrunning between the Red Fort to Gatehpuri in the Chandi Chowk area of Delhi on Monday. Cycle rickshaw drivers protested against the government ban on cycle rickshaws in the walled city and the introduction of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) mini bus services. There are around 8,000 licensed cycle rickshaw drivers in the Chandni Chowk area and the total number of unlicensed rickshaws could be as high as 15,000. AFP
