C N Hanchinamani, Assistant Professor of Horticulture at the agriculture college, Bhimarayanagudi in the district, has bagged three gold medals of the University of Agriculture Sciences, Dharwad.
Dr Chandrashekhar Ningappa Hanchinamani has been conferred upon with a gold medal instituted by Dr S A Patil, former vice chancellor of the UAS, Dharwad, for securing fist place in PhD.
Accolades
He has also secured two more gold medals  instituted by the University and S V Korikanthimath for securing highest marks in PhD Horticulture.
The three gold medals were presented to Mr Hanchinamani at the 21st Convocation of the university held in Dharwad on Monday.
