District Environmental Officer of KSPCB B N Ramesh Kumar and Scientific Officer of KSPCB Mr Nayak were the guests speakers in the meeting organised by Mangalore LPG import facility of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation as part of World Environment Day celebrations. A presentation on the day’s theme ‘Melting ice- A hot topic?’ was made, measures that can be taken by citizens as individuals were deliberated. Practical tips on energy conservation and eco-friendly measures were discussed.
