From Our Delhi Bureau
New Delhi, June 12.
As the Congress(I) today officially spurned the Opposition offer for a consensus candidate for the Presidency, Mr Charan Singh invited Opposition leaders to his house on July 15 to finalise their stand on the successor to Mr Sanjiva Reddy.
