When we open the newspaper every day we observe a number of cases-criminal and other cases of serious nature-pending since a very long time without being disposed of with the result every day repetition of cases are  coming up before courts for disposal,and the concerned courts are finding it difficult to dispose of the case because of the time consuming procedure involved to catch the criminal and other reason may be due to shortage of judges in the various courts. 

 Therefore the govt. both at the centre and at states should think over what best they can do to legislate a simplified procedure to enable the courts to dispose of the case in a record time thereby the confidence of the people in the judiciary is strenthened and a big headache for the courts is done away with.
