As statistically stated that only 34% of the special needs people have been employed it indirectly implies that more much ground work needs to be done from the authorities.
It is a watershed for the organization working for disabled to come with this pragmatic approach by approaching the corporate sectors for better placements.
As a nation that is moving front in many areas, this is a challenging undertaking by enabling special needs to come forward to the mainstream activity of the Indian domain. Their dedication and approach could be challenging for both the organizations employing them and the employees for have to deal with delicate situations.
