Gulbarga division of the North East Karnataka Road Transpport Corporation (NEKRTC) has decided to introduce air conditioned luxury buses in its city operations for the benefit of commuters.
NEKRTC officials said the AC buses would run from Central Bus Stand to Gulbarga university via Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Circle, Jagat Circle and Government Hospital thrice a day, and from Central Bus Stand to Humnabad Ring Road Junction via Sardar Vallabbhai Patel Circle, Super Market, STBT, Nehru Gunj six times a day.
The Corporation is already running air conditioned luxury buses on Gulbarga-Hyderabad route and it has been proposed to run another bus in the same route. The Corporation has asked the commuters to take benefit of the new AC buses.
