The CET Cell has clarified that the students can miss the reporting date if they are willing to go for casual admission round.
The CET Cell also gave guidelines for the documents to be submitted at the time of admission in the college.
Clearing confusion
Some CET passouts and their parents were confused whether they should skip reporting the college to go for casual round. They also wanted to know about the documents to be furnished at the time of reporting to the college. Administrative Officer of CET Syed Jamaal said, such students can skip reporting, only if they want to go for the casual admission round.
At the time of reporting in the college, the students need to take the admission order issued by the CET-Cell, CET-2007 admission ticket, SSLC/10th standard marks card, second PUC/12th standard marks card, study certificate countersigned by the concerned BEO/DDPI and two recent passport size photographs.
Documents related to caste certificate/ caste income certificate/ income certificate obtained from the Tahsildar concerned should be submitted if the candidates are claiming reservation benefits.
The migrants of Jammu and Kashmir, claiming eligibility for government seats, need to produce the identity card issued by the jurisdictional deputy commissioner/district magistrate, he added.

Admission order
CET-2007 Admission ticket
SSLC/10th standard marks card
PUC/12th standard marks card
Caste/income certificate for those claiming reservation
For J&K migrants, I-card issued by Dy Commissioner/district collector
