KVG Bank to add branches
Karnataka Vikasa Grameena Bank Chairman M Dhananjay said that there was a target to increase the branches of the bank to 403 in the current financial year.
Addressing presspersons after inaugurating KVGB’s 394th branch at Guttal in Haveri taluk on Saturday, he noted that the 395th branch was also opened at Motebennur in Byadgi taluk on the same day. Branches would also opened at Nidagundi, Babaleshwara and Lokapur , Bijapur district on June 18 and at Mulgund in Gadag on June 19. He said that licenses had been received to open three more branches at Padubidri in Udupi district, Bagalkot Navanagar and Bellad Bagewadi in Belgaum. The bank has a turn ver of Rs 4,400 cr.
