VVKI Centre in Mangalore will be conducting Sri Ravishankar Guruji’s ‘YES’ (Youth Empowerment Seminar) course for youth aged between 14 and 21 years from June 26 to July 1 at Bhuvanendra Hall, Canara High School Main, Dongerkeri. According to a press release, the course to be held between 4.30 pm and 7 pm is one of its kind, not only helps to improve physical health and handle emotions, but also teaches stress busting processes and teach concentration techniques in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.
