Local chapter of Indian Catholic Youth Movement has been re-structured. Satish Philipos will serve as President of re-structured body. Rev Fr Venus Praveen will be the Chief Officer of the new body while Roshan Fernandes, Amit Noronha, Dais, Anand Gonsalves and Sunil Fernandes will work as office bearers, informed a release.

K Abubaquere has been elected as President of Karnataka Power Corporation Mazdoor Sangha for two years term.

In the general body meet of Sangha held recently, Siddalingaiah has been elected as Vice President, M J Krishnaiah as Secretary while B Thippeswamy, D P Nataraj, Gomes, Panner Selvam, Basavaraju, H S Shanta Kumar will function as office bearers.
